Wallace has over 20 years of experience representing clients in state and federal courts and in arbitral proceedings throughout the United States, and has run his own firm for more than a decade. His practice ranges from client counseling and loss prevention strategies, to litigation & arbitration, to appeals, to collections, to alternate dispute resolution.  Areas of focus include commercial contract disputes, pursuing fraud and fraudulent conveyances, intra-company disputes, business divorces, legal and professional malpractice and fiduciary duty claims, employment discrimination & wrongful termination litigation, and non-competition, trade secret, and unfair competition litigation.
